While the Internet has taken over a lot of our buying habits these days, there’s no question that it helps to see the product in action when it comes to things like skincare and beauty products. Each video product tutorial is tailored to correspond to one of the gemstones in Kristal’s product lines, including Diamond, Ruby, Amber and Gold. It is intended to give an experience similar to what one might find in a Kristals store, where they are able to sample the products in a spa-like environment. The videos also provide additional information to existing customers, as well as new information to potential customers.
